Joe Fostano brings more than 25 years of fire alarm and life safety industry experience, combining global product portfolio leadership with hands-on technical knowledge of life safety equipment, electrical infrastructure, and critical facilities. His background spans critical infrastructure, electrical systems, data centers, public address and voice alarm (PAVA), and mass notification systems.
Throughout his career, Joe has led product management and commercial strategy initiatives that bridge engineering realities, regulatory compliance standards, and corporate business objectives. This combination of technical knowledge and commercial experience allows him to connect product strategy, customer needs, and business objectives.
He founded Framework Strategy Group to provide organizations with direct access to experienced industry leadership and a specialized network of professionals—delivering practical, objective guidance without the overhead or bureaucracy of large consulting firms.
